Shipping Policy
Made to Order (Print-on-Demand)
All products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipment.
Shipping Window & Rates
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after production.
- Flat shipping rate: $8.00 per order.
Order Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed once your item ships. Tracking may show movement after carrier scan events.
Multiple Shipments
Because items are produced on demand and may ship from different facilities, your order can arrive in separate shipments at no extra cost.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your address and your order hasn’t entered production, email support@theexitinterviewpod.com immediately with your Name and Order Number. We’re unable to reroute packages once shipped. Undeliverable/returned packages may require a reship fee.
Order Cancellations
If you placed an order by mistake, email support@theexitinterviewpod.com with your Name, Order Number, and items to cancel.
- Eligible for full refund if the item(s) have not entered production.
- Once an item is in production, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
Exchanges (30 Days)
We gladly accept size exchanges of unused, unworn items within 30 days of the original purchase, pending availability of the requested item/size.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs; shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To start an exchange, email support@theexitinterviewpod.com with:
- Name on order
- Order Number
- Item and size you wish to exchange for
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact support@theexitinterviewpod.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your Order Number so we can make it right.
