Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges of unused and unworn items within 30 days of the original purchase, pending availability of the requested item or size.

To initiate an exchange, please email support@theexitinterviewpod.com
 with the following details:

• Name on the order
• Order Number
• Item and size you wish to exchange for

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns

Because each item is made to order through our print-on-demand partners, we only accept returns for:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective, or
• Approved size exchanges (if inventory is available).

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact support@theexitinterviewpod.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your Order Number
• Photos clearly showing the issue

We’ll review your request promptly and work to make it right with a replacement or exchange. Please note: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• Your order was canceled before production began
• The product is defective or damaged and a replacement cannot be provided
• An approved return has been received and inspected

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund and automatically apply the credit to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued for items in production, used or worn items, or digital products.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Items already worn or used
• Items beyond 30 days from purchase
• Orders once production has started
• Digital products or downloads
